Q.	Do I have to be a printing “expert” to work with you?
A.	Don’t worry, if you’re unfamiliar with printing terminology or the production process, we’ll walk you through it. We’re happy to show you how to save costs by printing with us.

Q.	Is production quality in India up to my standards?
A.	Yes, you’ll get printing that is as good as or better than what you’re getting at present. Our associates invest heavily in the latest equipment and technology. Their quality control standards are as rigorous as those of the top printers in North America or Europe. All of them are ISO accredited.

Q.	Is there a minimum order?
A.	No, there is no minimum order for printing. For short runs, we recommend digital printing and quantities above 500 copies are planned for offset printing.

Q.	What format can I use for the artwork?
A.	Just about any format you want. Our pre-press capability is state-of-the-art. We can accept all of the standard media (Zip, Blue ray, CD, DVD or upload to a factory server) and graphics software (QuarkXPress, InDesign, Illustrator, Print ready PDF).

Q.	What about special projects that involve more than printing?
A.	We have excellent arrangements for the duplication of CDs and CD-ROMs, video and audiotapes and other items. We can also arrange the assembly of multi-component projects that require handwork. Just tell us what your requirements are and we will do the rest.

Q.	How can I be assured of a high-quality job without a press check?
A.	We provide a complete set of press proofs for all jobs, as well as a bound sample using the exact materials that you specified. Your final job will not be printed until you have approved the press proofs. In addition, we always do the press check on behalf of our customers.

Q.	Can I or one of my representatives attend the press check?
A.	Sure, we can make all the arrangements and advise you of the schedule at the time of receiving the files.

Q.	If you ship by sea, do I have to worry about customs clearance and delivery from the port?
A.	No, we take care of customs clearance and delivery at the destination port based on the agreed terms of shipping. For DDP terms, we’ll deliver the shipment to any address you designate.

Q.	What if I want my job shipped to another country?
A.	We have the arrangements with shipping lines and cover deliveries all over the world.
